Includes: Full mouth x-rays (includes panoramic, if necessary) and an oral cancer screening.
1 periodic exam per year
1 emergency exam
Includes x-rays if necessary.
2 fluoride treatments per year
Children only.
Discounts
20% savings off most additional dental procedures. This includes additional cleanings per year, if you want them. 50% off full-mouth deep cleaning (if needed for periodontal disease).

The Fine Print:
- This plan applies toward work at Wave Dental, and not any external office patients may be referred to during the course of treatment.
- Payment must be paid in full on the day of service to receive the 25% discount benefit.
- If CareCredit or another financing option is used to pay for this plan, the discount on services is 15% (not 25%).
- This savings plan cannot be used in conjunction with dental insurance.
- There are no waiting periods or a yearly maximum!
- 20% savings does not apply to Invisalign.
- The plan starts the day you sign up, and ends exactly 1 year later.
- The yearly fee is due in full upon signing your contract and is non-refundable.
- 48-hours notice is required for cancelled or rescheduled appointments. Missed appointments will result in a $45 cancellation fee.
